Terms Entered in Search
A name, place, or other term entered into a search box is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Jackson County Recent Arrests does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Emails and Messages
When you send an email or contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
